All women are welcome to join us.  Please see Becky Mancuso if you have any questions.

A NEW SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS:  started Sept. 9th at 8:30.  This class is a video series by Dr. D. A. Carson entitled The God Who Is There: Finding Your Place In God’s StoryDr. Carson is the research professor of the New Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School as well as the co-founder and president of the Gospel Coalition.  The series is designed to walk you through the major turning points in the biblical storyline and give you a better grasp of the overall biblical picture.  As a follow-up to our study on Imagine Church, this series will help equip you to convey the general plotline to those unfamiliar with the Bibles overarching narrative.  Please join us for a time of learning and discussion.  Jeff Kimble will moderate.

SOUND SYSTEM UPDATE: Currently we have raised a little over $1,000 for the new sound board.  We still have about $500 more needed for the new board.  If you feel lead to help with this project please mark your envelope “sound board” or put “sound board” on the memo line of your check.  If more money is raised than what is needed, the excess will be put in the general fund.

PRAYER CHAIN: If you have a prayer request to be put on the prayer chain, please call Erna at 399-1305 or Janet at 399-1421.  If you cannot reach either of them, please call Sue Mead at 384-3275 and she will put the message out.

MEN’S BIBLE STUDY: The men’s Bible study meets on Wednesday mornings at 7:30 am.
